Students at Kimberley Sixth Form College follow an age-appropriate PSHCE programme.
This has been designed to meet the needs of learners in the 16-18 age range.
The programme is reviewed frequently, updated to reflect national and local needs and priorities and is reviewed by students and staff to include content that is important to our learners.
PSHCE curriculum is designed to follows the needs of learners as they progress through sixth form studies and includes guest speakers and support form external partners.

Electives
These are short six week courses that run on a carousel throughout the year.
Students select each elective based upon the concept of Hearts and Minds.
Hearts are electives that are centred around wellbeing, health, recreation, fitness and our place within a community.
Minds are electives that challenge our views, give great understanding of how our world works and our place within it.
The elective programme offers a broad choice of activities where students can actively participate and includes recreational sports, community/voluntary work, performing arts engagement, college clubs and societies.โฏ
